Interested in becoming a mentor?
When it comes to navigating the future, not all youth have the support they need. EMBERS is recruiting mentors to help guide young adults who want to start training, education or employment. By becoming a mentor, you will make a real difference in the life of a Canadian youth.
What it involves
- One 1-hour session to train you in your role as mentor
- Regular meetings with your mentee, in person or on-line, for at least 3 months
- Monthly half-hour meet-ups with other mentors to compare experiences
- Guidance on-call from the mentorship program manager
