EMBERS’ BladeRunners Program is a career exploration program, giving those between the ages of 15-29 an opportunity to start the framework for their career goals. BladeRunners provides job readiness skills, work experience/on-the-job training, job coaching and ongoing supports to help YOU start YOUR career journey.

Program services include…

• Discover new and exciting opportunities within different industries (i.e. digital and green jobs)
• Developing skills for success
• Helping you design your own career path
• Help to find your dream job
• Certified skills training

Are you eligible?

You are a youth between the ages of 15-29 inclusive

You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

Not in full-time school; actively looking for employment

English Level 10 or above

Lunch is provided daily and bus passes are available. An incentive program is in place for those participants who begin working within three months of completing the program.

Forklift Training

February 9 & 10, 2026

Lunch is provided and bus passes are available. Participants receive wraparound supports including one to one resume support and interview preparation.
